Congratulations to Scott Edge of the Saturday Night Leftovers.....going 3-4 and making 2 very highlight reel catches in the outfield has landed you the Thumbs up player of the week!

With the start of a new league there will always be growing pains, Overall I think week 1 went very smooth and already can't wait for next week. Some great plays were made and there was a lot of enthusiasm by all players. I think it's awesome we have the chance to play ball in Dec.

Couple of things to take note of for Week 2
- Score books will be given to the team captains. Please fill out your teams score sheets and hand them in to me at the end of each week.
-The bases are more or less a guideline, you won't be called out if you fail to touch the base as long as you are close. I'D like to make sure everyone is safe and no collisions happen.
-Adrenaline vs Leftovers game time for Dec 22nd is now 1pm and not at 3pm as originally scheduled. Dome had to move our team slot for this week. I hope this won't be a problem for anyone.
-The Don Cherry's Thumbs up Player of the Week will be announced on Mondays during the season.
